Punching Grace, in collaboration with Eye of the Tiger Management, will host a Pro-Am gala on July 7th at the Claude-Robillard Sports Complex. The event will feature IBF junior world champion Steven Butler (16-0-1, 13 KOs), Mathieu Germain (7-0, 5 KOs) and new EOTTM recruit Batyr Jukembayev (3-0, 3 KOs) as well as two Canadian champions, Armand Miclescu and Giovan Major, who will start the evening off in the amateur part.
For the grand finale, 15th-ranked world contender in the IBF and current IBF junior world champion Steven ‘Bang Bang’ Butler (16-0-1, 13 KOs) will come face-to-face with former WBO Latino champion, Brazilian Robson Assis (16-2, 9 Kos).
Lots of action is in store at the semi-final, with Mathieu Germain (7-0, 5 KOs) facing Mexican hitter Manuel Mares (15-7, 13 KOs). Mares lost to David Théroux (11-1, 8 KOs) in a competitive fight at his last bout.
For his part, Batyr ‘777’ Jukembayev (3-0, 3 KOs) will try to add a 4th victory to his record when he goes head-to-head with Mexican fighter Randy Lozano (10-9-2, 7 KOs). The latter lost to Will Madera (8-0, 3 KOs) by majority decision after a very exciting fight.
