On September 3, three boxers will have the chance to share a reunion night — not because they sat in the same school classrooms, but because their paths are crossing again after all three made the jump to the professional ranks in 2025. These three have one thing in common: they represented Canada’s national amateur boxing team during the same years.
Indeed, fans attending the Casino de Montréal at the beginning of September will witness the rise of three young talents from right here at home.
Olympic bronze medalist Wyatt Sanford, along with four-time Canadian champions Keven Beauséjour and Victor Tremblay, will all be in action.
This will be an opportunity for them to win over Montreal boxing fans, if they haven’t already done so.

Wyatt Sanford (7-0, 3 KOs)
A bronze medalist at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, Wyatt Sanford made his professional debut in May 2025.
In his most recent outing, he made quick work of Juan Pablo Ilharregui, finishing the job in the second round.
Sanford possesses flawless technique and a killer instinct.
As soon as he lands a clean shot on his opponent, he overwhelms them without giving them the chance to recover.
However, some critics questioned his lack of power before his last fight.
A criticism he quickly silenced by stopping his opponent in devastating fashion.
Many see a future world champion in Sanford.
If he continues improving at the pace he has been, that possibility is very realistic.
A first 10-round fight and a minor title opportunity within the next year could put him on the right path.

Keven Beausejour (3-0, 3 KOs)
The four-time Canadian amateur boxing champion has been competing in the super middleweight division since December 2025, one of the sport’s most competitive weight classes.
But that should be the least of Mr. Hot Sauce’s concerns, as he is overflowing with talent.
He may not have faced top-level opposition yet in his professional career, but he has certainly handled every task placed in front of him.
He has embarrassed each of his opponents quickly and in spectacular fashion.
Beausejour is the type of boxer who provokes his opponents and gets inside their heads.
And he knows how to put on a show both inside and outside the ring.
This is only the beginning for the 26-year-old Montrealer, but his future looks extremely promising.
If he continues stacking wins and highlight-reel moments like he has in his recent fights, his career could take off very quickly.
He is the kind of fighter and personality who does not waste time making himself known around the boxing world.

Victor Tremblay (3-0, 3 KOs)
Tremblay is also a four-time Canadian amateur boxing champion and holds the same undefeated record as Keven Beausejour.
Aside from his first professional fight, which lasted more than one round, Victor Tremblay has delivered vicious knockouts in the opening round of his last two bouts.
The Boisbriand fighter is entering his fourth scheduled four-round bout, and he intends for it to be his last at that distance.
He recently made his first international appearance, facing American boxer Contrail Hicks on his home turf in the United States.
Now under the guidance of highly respected trainer Brian McIntyre, the Quebec fighter is full of confidence.
He trains alongside renowned boxers such as Terence Crawford and Lester Martinez.
And he will look to prove to Montreal fans why he believes he too can eventually compete for boxing’s biggest honors.
If he is able to deliver a knockout of the night performance like he did in his last appearance on an Eye of the Tiger card, he could accelerate his path to success faster than expected.
